  • 1 tomato
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 celery
  • 8 Parasaly
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 lemon
  • 1-2 cups blueberry
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup collegen powder – Great Lakes
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup Broccoli Sprouts (when available)
